When is my credit card charged?
When you have no more changes to your card, you will respond the final e-mail proof approving the card for printing. When the check out is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment and shipping date.

Can I see my card before paying anything?
Yes, you will have to approve the card, before we print. You will approve by returning an e-mail we sent to you with the card.

If I do not like the card, can I change the design?
If you would like to see a proof in a different design other than originally selected, we are more than happy to individually prepare the card proof for you. We charge a flat fee of $10. We will send your card on different designs or in black and white as you request.

Can I mail my picture saved in a CD?
Yes, there is no problem. If you do not have access the computer conveniently, you can always call us and we will help you to go thru the process. Please note that is you do not use the Internet, your process will take a little longer.

What size should my picture be?
For the best quality of your card, we recommend all photos to be at least 1800x1200 pixels. We asked for all scanned photos be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or preferable 600 dpi. If you are not sure, please send the picture and let us check if your picture fit the size criteria.

Can you take our pictures?
Yes, if you are located in Dallas area, we can make an appointment to take your child’s picture. Cards and Memories are located in Dallas, TX.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After we receive your e-mail approval to print your cards, please allow 1-2 days to ship. You will be receiving your cards 1-2 days more than the number of days you choose on the method of shipping. The shipping time vary depending on which one you choose when you were checking out.

Is there a minimum order?
We require a minimum order of 20 cards.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled any time, before your send us the e-mail proof approval to print.

If I live in Dallas, can you come and take my pictures?
Yes, if you are located in Dallas area, we will go to take the pictures in your home or in a place of your preference for a small fee of $ 30.00. We will take 15 shots for you to choose the one that fits your card best.

Do I pay shipping if I live in Dallas area?
No, If you are located in Dallas area, we deliver the prints to you. No shipping is necessary.
