We do all we can to make your experience with Cards and Memories as pleasant as possible. We know how important these cards are, so we always make your order as quick and easy as possible. We are committed to give the best quality prints for your order. All order are created real people that will make sure you will have the perfect card for your little one or for your family. Please if you have any questions, contact us directly at info@cardsandmemories.com and we will return your email the day or not longer than the next day. We are here happy to answer any questions you may have.
How to Order?
1) Choose the design you like;
2) Fill out your order via online or fax;
3) Detail any changes you would like to make regarding colors, fonts and or layout on the comments area;
4) Upload your photos*;
5) Send form and photos to us and give us 1-2 business days in order to process and design your card**.
6) You will be receiving an e-mail 1-2 business days after you submit your order.
7) Respond our e-mail with any changes on colors, font, or layout your card. We will be sending you e-mail proof with your changes until you are satisfied;
8) When you have no changes; please respond the final e-mail proof approving the card for printing;
9) Please check out and we will be printing your cards and sending you an e-mail confirmation of your payment and shipping date***.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR CARD BEFORE APPROVE FOR PRINTING. AFTER CARDS ARE PRINTED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY MORE CHANGES OR TO MAKE A REFUND.
Photos*
Please if you would like the photo(s) be on one exactly location, please specify on the comments area of the form or email us at info@cardsandmemories.com . If the picture does not work with your design and colors chosen, we will be asking you to send other photos. If the photo does not have high resolution, we also request that you send another photo, so you would have the best quality prints.
Process Time**
After we process your order and design your card, we will be sending an e-mail proof of your card. We hope you like, but if you have any changes on colors, fonts, or layout, please let us know by returning the e-mail. If no changes, please proof the card and respond us the e-mail.

Shipping Time***
Typically your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of your final e-mail approval. You will be able to select the shipping method when you are checking out. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the trucking number. If you do not receive this e-mail with the trucking number, please let us know by e-mailing to shipping@cardsandmemories.com. Please add your name, address, and order number on this e-mail.
How to Pre-Order Envelopes?
We understand how time is important, so you can pre-order your envelops anytime! Blank envelops will be send to you. You will be charged a flat rate of $10 for the pre-order. This amount basically will cover shipping costs.
If you want us to pre-print your envelops with return address and destination address, we will charge $15 to pre-print. Therefore, you will pay $25 if you want pre-order envelops pre-printed with return and destination address. Please note you will need to send us the list of addresses to info@cardsandmemories.com. In order to pay, please choose the pre-order envelops or pre-order envelops printed on your check out page.
Reorder
You are welcome to reorder you cards from a previous order. We will save your design for 60 days in case you need to reorder. Please just e-mail us at info@cardsandmemories.com and attach your previous order form number, name and address previous given.
Additional Proofs
If you would like to see a proof in a different design other than originally selected, we are more than happy to individually prepare the card proof for you. We charge a flat fee of $10. We will send your card on different designs or in black and white as you request. Please contact us at info@cardsandmemories.com.
